West Branch, MI – April 9, 2019 – Penny Bliss, the Administrator at Villa at West Branch, has been honored with the prestigious 2019 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award. The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) reviewed over 1,100 centers in 35 states and only 7% of the centers reviewed qualified for the award.
The award recognizes leadership excellence throughout the 2018 calendar year. Many aspects of nursing home operations were considered including three years of skilled nursing facility survey data, which includes health, fire safety, and complaints.
