A panel of expert judges has determined the short list of finalists for the 2021 McKnight’s Excellence in Technology Awards competition. The list below represents the best in each of four categories in the Skilled Nursing track.
The jury of 35 long-term care stakeholders represented a wide array of key players in the industry. They assessed entries for their overall value in improving resident or patient care and services, impact, relevance, execution and creativity.
“Using technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency will be the way forward for long-term care providers. Stakeholders should be reassured that there are many great ideas and programs being put into action,” McKnight’s Editorial Director John O’Connor said. “This year’s pool of entries just blew us away, and it was really gratifying to see the quality and breadth of the submissions. We wish we could honor them all with Gold medals, and we’re excited to celebrate all entrants.”
