In the key executive role, Ms. Doremus will spearhead a suite of innovative programs that evolve the organization’s employee-centric work culture, and enhance patient satisfaction on both clinical care and service delivery levels.
Previously, Ms. Doremus served as Villa Healthcare’s Director of Engagement and Experience, and Director of Customer Experience, respectively. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Family and Consumer Sciences from Western Illinois University.
